WHO It’s For
You know you have something real inside you that wants to come up, but whenever you get close to it, you pull back.
Parts of you have learned to hide, stay small, or stay “fine” because being fully you didn’t feel safe in the past.
When you try to create, you hear: “This is stupid,” “Who do you think you are?” or “You’ll never finish it anyway.”
You feel your gifts in your body as a kind of hum or ache, but letting them out feels too vulnerable or exposing. You get jealous of others living their gifts.

Notice how your body responds when you get close to something you care about (tightening, freezing, numbing out)
Use movement, breath, and sound to move fear out of your body
